If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return of the product for a full refund, replacement, or exchange pursuant to the Return Policy herein.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Any return will only be accepted within fifteen (15) days of delivery at the discretion of trippy treats.
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Under no circumstances shall used products be accepted for return.
- Returns shall be accepted only through contacting trippy treats with valid proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please notify us immediately upon identifying any issues with your order. Our team will assess the situation, and if a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label via email. Please note that returns of opened or used items are not eligible for approval.
- Broken or defective products are eligible for replacement or refund with photographic evidence at the discretion of trippy treat.
- If an incorrect item is delivered, or if an item is delivered broken or mislabeled, a return will be accepted if trippy treats is notified of the issue within seven (7) days of delivery.
REPORTING ISSUES
- If you encounter any issues with your order or product, please contact us immediately at trippy-treats.com. To expedite the resolution, please include the following items if applicable:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- An explanation of the issue you are explaining in as much detail as possible.
- A copy or photo of your packing slip.
- A photo of the product you received in the condition you received it in.
- A photo clearly showing the issue you are experiencing.
- We reserve the right to require the return of any product before issuing a refund. Inspection of the product may be required at the discretion of trippy treats
- 1RESTOCKING FEE
- Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of trippy treats.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
- Refunds, replacements and exchanges may be subject to the return of the original product at the discretion of trippy treats Staff.
- If accepted, refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of the item. Your bank may take 2-4 additional day to clear funds. A notification will be sent via email when a refund has been processed successfully.
- All refunds will be issued either to the original form of payment or as store credit through our Points & Rewards system at the customers sole discretion.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
- The order is canceled prior to shipment.
- Items were damaged in transit at the fault of USPS.
- The order was returned undelivered due to a miscommunication or other error on the part of USPS. Orders returned due to shipping complications resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
- Trippy treats staff may, at their discretion, choose to issue a refund for items that are typically ineligible for return or refund.
- If preferred, items may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to stock availability, at the discretion of trippy treats.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Both refunds and exchanges are contingent upon the return of the original product at the discretion of trippy treats Staff.
- Requests for returns or refunds on opened products as a result of a personal dislike of flavor, effects, or otherwise will not be accepted. Trippy treats cannot guarantee specific effects as our products are user specific and we cannot guarantee each product will align with personal taste.
- In the event that a regulatory change prohibits the shipment of any of our products, all delivered orders containing said products will be considered final and are not eligible for return or replacement.
